I know the guy didn't say a whole lot back, but the fact that he stayed on and was so polite and patient is hilarious - now that's customer service hahaha

These are old calls, not made with skype, but in fact with a telephone and a complicated system of headphones over the mouthpeice. That explains for the occasional dips in the sound, but let me ask you something... is it the guys accent that is hard to understand? I'm used to the accent so I can understand him perfectly. Its the same with the Duncan boards yknow, a lot of people over here dont understand a word he says because of the accent but uh i suppose i'm diverse and the exception haha
